New Best-in-Class Loan Origination and Servicing Solution to be Offered to CUs

CU Direct (, the nation's leading provider of lending solutions to the credit union industry, has signed a new partnership agreement with First Associates Loan Servicing.

As a result of the partnership, CU Direct and San Diego, California-based First Associates will be offering best in class loan servicing solution for credit unions. The new solution will cover CU Direct's core automotive lending business, as well as enabling coverage of other asset classes, such as student loans, solar leases and loans, and personal loans.

CU Direct and First Associates have confirmed that their new product offering, addressing all aspects of servicing, including billing and collections, has been rolled out and is now available.
