Bill Whitaker


SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Bill Whitaker, a longtime Buick dealer in St. Paul, Minn., died Feb. 25. He was 88.

He founded Whitaker Buick in 1954 and became a dealer at age 30. He retired in the early 1990s, and his son became a dealer. Steve Whitaker moved the store to a suburb, Forest Lake, Minn., in 2006 and added Pontiac and GMC.
