BMW weighs Mexico plant

BMW hasn't decided whether it needs a factory in Mexico, said Ian Robertson, board member for sales and marketing. That country is on a search list that includes "some sites in the Americas," said Robertson, declining to provide details.

A decision on where to build a plant is a year to 15 months away, he said.
