-- Gunn Automotive Group in San Antonio announced two promotions. Phil Kandera was promoted to general manager of Gunn Buick-GMC. He had been general sales manager at Gunn Nissan. Vince Brown was named general sales manager at the Nissan store. He had been responsible for managing the sales department.

-- Hoffman Auto Group in East Hartford, Conn., named Sunil Prakash general manager at Hoffman Audi and Hoffman Porsche in East Hartford. Before joining Hoffman, Prakash was general manager of Holler Classic Audi in Orlando.

Houston dealers elect officers


The members of the Houston Automobile Dealers Association elected officers. All the dealerships are in Houston except Ford Bend Kia, which is in Rosenberg, Texas.
