Ron Sachs Communications Named Agency of Record for Service Contract Industry Council

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Ron Sachs Communications, one of Florida’s top independent communications firms and among the top 100 in the nation, has been named Agency of Record for the Service Contract Industry Council. In this capacity, the firm will be providing strategic communications consultation and support.

The Service Contract Industry Council (SCIC) is a national trade association that works with state lawmakers and regulatory agencies across the country to develop fair and uniform regulation to protect consumers, and is an advocate for the regulation of the service contract industry.

The SCIC monitors state legislative and regulatory activities, participates in relevant legislative and administrative proceedings, and educates businesses and consumers about the value and benefits of service contracts. Since 1988, the SCIC has been a national leader and pivotal force in the development of model legislation throughout the country, working for balanced standards that create fair and consistent regulation of the service contract industry.

Ron Sachs Communications is a leader in building effective public outreach, awareness and marketing campaigns. In 2011, Ron Sachs Communications was named the top public relations firm of its size in the nation by Bulldog Reporter, and last month received a first-place Gold Award for the nation's top health care social/digital media campaign. With offices in Tallahassee and Orlando, the integrated communications firm has broad capabilities, including award-winning public relations, advertising, web and graphic design, social/digital media and video production.
