In 2012, Automotive News set out to find the best dealerships to work for in North America.
We want to hear from you again in 2013.
Automotive News will partner with Best Companies Group to identify dealerships in the United States and Canada that have excelled in creating quality workplaces.
The program, Best Dealerships To Work For, will measure workplace satisfaction through a confidential survey of employers and employees.
To be eligible for consideration, a dealership must:
• Be a new-vehicle store.
• Have at least 25 employees working in the United States and/or Canada.
• Be in business at least one year.
Each dealership must register as a single rooftop.
Dealerships that are part of a group should register individually.
The registration deadline is March 15.
