North American car and truck production in November rose 14 percent from the year-earlier month to an estimated 1,363,755 units, the highest for any November since 2005.

Car production rose 29 percent in the United States, 5 percent in Canada and 2 percent in Mexico. North American car output climbed 17 percent.

Truck output rose 6 percent in the United States, 14 percent in Canada and 29 percent in Mexico. North American truck production rose 10 percent.

Vehicle output increased 15 percent in the United States, 10 percent in Canada and 12 percent in Mexico.
