LAS VEGAS -- Hyundai's Veloster lineup will receive the special-edition treatment late this year with the addition of the Re:Mix trim level.

The three-door coupe will offer a body kit, Mobis blacked-out wheels, LED headlamps and taillamps and push-button start. The car was unveiled here today at the Specialty Equipment Market Association convention.

It will come in six available colors, one of which Hyundai calls sprint gray, and about 2,000 will be produced, the company said.

Hyundai sold 28,338 Velosters through September. Comparisons to last year aren't useful because the vehicle was just beginning to hit the market.
