Archie Huebner


DALTON, Ga. -- Archie Huebner, founder and longtime owner of Huebner Chevrolet in Carrollton, Ohio, died Sept. 18. He was 85.

Robb Mahr


DETROIT -- Robb Mahr, a longtime radio and TV automotive reporter in southeast Michigan, died Oct. 17. He was 75.

Mahr, a native of Colorado, was hired at Detroit's WWJ-AM Radio (950) in 1973 and spent 20 years as the station's lead auto reporter.

After leaving WWJ, Mahr worked for ASTN, the Dallas closed-circuit TV network for dealers and auto plants. Later, he became a contract employee for Ford Motor Co.'s internal TV network.

He covered the North American International Auto Show in Detroit last January and continued working until his death.
