Among other perks and benefits, McRee Ford near Houston pays 100 percent of health, prescription drug and life insurance premiums for employees. In return, all staffers recently teamed to restore store President Mitchell Dale’s 1965 Ford Mustang. Dale never had a clue about the secret project, named Bismarck – his grandfather’s middle name.
