Bonding with fellow employees is part of the culture at DARCARS Lexus of Silver Spring, Md. Activities include basketball games and leaping over fire pits in an extreme obstacle course. DARCARS Automotive Group Vice President Tammy Darvish explains: “You don’t really know them until you’re all fighting together under extreme conditions like that.”
