“Smileage Guaranteed” is the slogan at Capistrano Volkswagen in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. And that applies to employees – who are treated to free monthly luncheons and a holiday party – as well as customers. In fact, the store celebrates Purple Wednesdays, in which anyone who shows up wearing purple gets a free car wash. General Manager Gary Willenborg says customers get quite creative with their outfits.
