Judith M. Krupnick thanks her employees with food – endless amounts of food. The president of Cherry Hill Volvo in Cherry Hill, N.J., celebrated being named to Automotive News’ list of the “Best Dealerships to Work For” with bagels, cream cheese and other snacks for her crew. Despite her title, Krupnick says staffers don’t work for her. Instead, employees work for customers.
