DARCARS Automotive Group Vice President Tammy Darvish prefers to hire fresh talent and develop them inside the company. And that process can start at an early age. Dozens of city kids have received free vocational training at DARCARS Chevrolet in Lanham, Md., over the past decade. And more than 100 of those students have gone on to serve as service technicians across the automotive group.
