DCH AUTO GROUP -- Allen Payano to chief marketing officer, a new officer-level position. He previously was an independent consultant and before that vice president and managing director at Bravo/Young & Rubicam Brands-WPP in Chicago. He will oversee DCH Auto Group's brand strategies, marketing operations and cause branding initiatives.
DCH, of South Amboy, N.J., has 29 auto dealerships on the East Coast and in Southern California.
J.D. BYRIDER -- Jack Humbert, 45, to director of franchise development. He had been senior franchise consultant.
Andrew Cavallaro, 25, to a key account manager for the dealer services group. He has sales team leadership experience and a background in financial analysis.
David Borshoff and David McMahon to franchise consultants, responsible for advising franchisees in operational and financial improvements, as well as building leaderships teams in each region. Borshoff had been director of service and vendor relations for the company stores division. McMahon had been a staff auditor.
J.D. Byrider, of Carmel, Ind., is a used-vehicle retailer with 120 franchisee-owned and 20 company-owned dealerships in 31 states.
MANHEIM -- Ashish Bisaria, 41, to senior vice president of customer experience. He had been COO and executive vice president of client operations at Teleperformance.
Manheim, of Atlanta, provides vehicle remarketing services to dealerships and others. It is a unit of Cox Enterprises.
SEARCH OPTICS INC. -- Ryan Kelly, 49, to senior sales director, responsible for the company's General Motors accounts. He will be based in Ferndale, Mich., a Detroit suburb. He had been executive director of automaker development at e-mail marketer and newsletter managing company iMakeNews.
Search Optics, headquartered in San Diego and Ferndale, is a digital marketing agency that works with auto dealerships.
