BEHR AMERICA INC. -- Uwe Gerber to vice president of operations.

He previously managed parent company Behr GmbH & Co.'s manufacturing plant in Pforzheim, Germany.

Behr America, of suburban Detroit, supplies automotive air conditioning units and engine cooling systems. Behr GmbH is in Stuttgart.

BENTLEY MOTORS -- Ariane Reinhart, 42, to board member for personnel, effective Oct. 1.

She is head of group management development for sales and marketing at Volkswagen AG.

Reinhart will succeed Christine Gaskell, who will retire after 17 years with the company.

BROSE NORTH AMERICA INC. -- John Dunn, 45, to president. He had been COO, responsible for regional production.

Dunn succeeds Jan Kowal, who becomes chairman of the company.

Brose North America, of suburban Detroit, supplies window regulators, door systems and seat adjusters. It is a unit of Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH of Coburg, Germany.

INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS -- Dennis Richardville to CFO. He had been interim CFO since March.

Alicia Allen, 38, to corporate controller and chief accounting officer, based in Krefeld, Germany. She had been finance manager of the corporate accounting department.

Dan Griffin to vice president of sales and program management for Asia. Previously, he led IAC commercial group's global Asian business.

IAC, of Luxembourg, supplies automotive components and systems, including interior and exterior trim. It has 76 manufacturing operations in 16 countries.

PEAK PERFORMANCE -- Ted Ross, 52, to vice president of business development and strategy. He joins the company from auto retail consulting firm Urban Science.

Peak, of Northridge Calif., provides customer relationship management programs to auto dealerships.

R.L. POLK & CO. -- Dominic Clare, 55, to vice president, sales and client services, and managing director for Canada. He also will join Polk's global sales leadership team.

Clare had been a strategic adviser for one of the company's product initiatives.

Kathleen Schroeder, 52, to vice president, information services and support, responsible for U.S. production operations. She had been senior director of European information systems.

Polk, of suburban Detroit, provides global market research to the auto industry and others. It has operations in 10 countries.

SET ENTERPRISES INC. -- Victor Edozien to president and CEO. Edozien, a member of the company's board of directors for five years, will receive equity in SET through AG Steel.

AG Steel is a unit of Asaba Group Inc., which Edozien launched.

SET, of suburban Detroit, provides steel processing.

TIMKEN CO. -- Andreas Roellgen to vice president of process industries and managing director of Europe. He had been managing director of Europe.

Brian Ruel to vice president off-highway, light-vehicle systems and rail. He had been vice president of rail.

Timken, of Canton, Ohio, supplies friction management and power transmission products and services.

ZAP JONWAY -- Charles Schillings to co-CEO, leading U.S. and international operations. He had been COO since July.

Schillings takes the chief executive role alongside Alex Wang, co-CEO for the company's China division.

ZAP Jonway, of Santa Rosa, Calif., designs and manufactures gasoline-powered cars and electric vehicles.

It has a plant in China's Zhejiang province.
