Accavitti on Honda's 'one-two punch' marketing
September 14, 2012 - 12:01 am ETHonda is undertaking its biggest marketing effort ever for the redesigned 2013 Accord. Former Chrysler executive Mike Accavitti, 53, is leading the charge. Accavitti talks about Honda's strategy for reaching 350,000 U.S. sales of the Accord, while balancing marketing efforts of the freshened Civic and keeping luxury brand Acura at the forefront of consumers' minds. He was interviewed at a media event for the Accord in Santa Barbara, Calif., in August.
