Ram's Fred Diaz on drawing conquest buyers

Through the first half of this year, Chrysler's Ram pickup line gained three points of U.S. pickup market share. In this segment, Fred Diaz discusses ways to bring new customers to Ram, the importance of improved fuel economy to pickup buyers, and the benefits of a new Pentastar V-6 engine. We spoke with Diaz at Chrysler's Technical Center in Auburn Hills, Mich., in July.
