GM's Boler-Davis: Be the 'best' in customer care

Alicia Boler-Davis has been charged with designing a system to make General Motors tops in customer service -- not just among automakers, but for all industries. She says one way to get there is to ensure GM customers understand how their vehicles work -- from “routine” buttons to advanced infotainment systems. The 18-year GM veteran and engineer by training this year took charge of the company's global quality and U.S. customer experience efforts.
