Marc Bland to head of diversity and inclusion. He had been a product strategist. His new duties include developing multicultural business opportunities among client and supplier organizations.

Polk, of Southfield, Mich., provides global automotive information and marketing expertise to the auto industry and others. It has operations in 10 countries.
