Chevy dealer Paddock: No more bull in china shop

Duane Paddock was under extreme pressures as a dealer in his twenties. That's when he took over his ailing father's Buffalo-area store and ran it at times with a heavy hand. Since some early mistakes, soaring sales over the past 25 years have made Paddock Chevrolet the nation's second-largest Chevy dealership. Among the keys to success: Pushing leases, keeping stats on performance … and learning patience.
