Ford's Fields on Lincoln: 'Watch our actions'

Mark Fields has helped turn Ford's North American operations from money loser to profit machine in his seven years as the automaker's president of the Americas. Among the challenges ahead: Revamping Lincoln, halting a slide in U.S. market share, and being viewed as a potential successor to CEO Alan Mulally.
