Willisch 'confident' BMW will keep U.S. luxury title
May 14, 2012 - 12:01 am ETEight months into his tenure as CEO of BMW North America, Ludwig Willisch has three main priorities. In addition to retaining BMW's U.S. luxury sales crown, Willisch is aiming to top other automakers in the area of customer satisfaction. The 55-year-old German executive says building a relationship based on mutual trust is the key to his other goal – improving BMW's rocky relationship with its U.S. dealer body.
