Rechtin drives the Toyota Prius C

Toyota has expanded the Prius family by creating the Prius C. It has the highest rated city fuel economy estimate of any vehicle without a plug, with a starting price of around $20,000. Automotive News West Coast Editor Mark Rechtin takes the car, which went on sale this month, for a spin.
