BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Sun Capital Partners Inc. has sold Fluid Routing Solutions, a manufacturer of fuel management systems and hoses, to Park-Ohio Industries Inc. for about $98 million.

Fluid Routing Systems, of suburban Detroit, has automotive customers in North America, Europe and Asia, and it has factories in Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and the Czech Republic.
