Bill Underriner, incoming chairman of the National Automobile Dealers Association, made it to the Detroit show, despite his original flight being canceled. The Billings, Mont. dealer arrived in Detroit about 9:30 on Sunday night, roughly eight hours later than planned. He has Honda, Buick, Hyundai and Volvo franchises -- and showed up at the Ford press conference first thing Monday morning along with other NADA board members to greet Mark Fields, Ford Motor Co.'s president of the Americas.
