Manley, 47, who started in the auto industry working at British dealerships, has guided Jeep to an astonishing comeback this year. With a 44 percent sales increase through October, Jeep is the fastest growing domestic brand. Manley positioned Jeep more upscale, spent heavily to advertise on highly rated TV shows and made the most of key redesigns of the Grand Cherokee and Compass.
