Kuzak, 60, seems to swing and hit it out of the park effortlessly with his product revamps at Ford division. Kuzak borrowed design cues from Ford's European lineup to reinvent Ford's North American offerings, including the Fiesta, Focus, Explorer and the forthcoming Escape. All of Ford's vehicles are in short supply across North America. Kuzak's goal is to make Ford the fuel economy leader in every segment it competes in with industry-leading features such as Ford's direct-injection turbocharged EcoBoost engines. Since April, more than 40 percent of the F-150s sold each month have had EcoBoost V-6 engines. Next up: A three-cylinder EcoBoost engine and revitalizing Lincoln.
