Lincoln's flagship MKS sedan, shown, and MKT full-sized crossover, freshened for 2013, get lots of new technology and a toned-down front grille. The base-level MKT will sell for $46,160, including destination fee. The MKS starts at $43,685, also including destination. They go on sale at the start of the second quarter of 2012.
