'The Dealer Speaks' With Karl Chevrolet's Carl Moyer

Carl Moyer hasn't lost any of his scrappy spirit since being kicked out of high school 53 years ago for fighting. His sprawling Chevrolet empire in suburban Des Moines holds quarterly one-price mega-sales, uses computers to track customers' waits for F&I appointments, and blows out the competition with tire and accessory sales. And as you'll hear and see, the 70-year-old Moyer isn't ready to kick back yet.
