Chosen because: Fetzer, 49, is an electrical engineer and Robert Bosch GmbH's lead executive in SB LiMotive, Bosch's battery joint venture with Samsung SDI Co. SB LiMotive develops lithium ion cells for hybrid and electric vehicles. It began building cells in a plant in Ulsan, South Korea, last year. SB LiMotive will supply the battery pack for the Fiat 500 EV.
