Chicago dealer snags deal with NBA's Noah to score points with customers

Rogers Auto Group of Chicago signed a contract with Joakim Noah, co-captain of the Chicago Bulls, allowing the dealership group to feature the NBA star in its advertising and marketing initiatives.

Monty Scher, owner of the downtown Chevrolet-GMC-Buick-Hyundai store, said Noah “personifies the hard-working, fun-loving spirit of Chicago.” The 25-year-old Bulls center has agreed to drive Rogers' GMC Yukon, record commercials for the group, make a personal appearance at the Michigan Avenue dealership and host Rogers' team and their friends at his place of business -- the United Center.

Noah is in his third NBA season and is having his best year to date with nearly 15 points and more than 12 rebounds per game.
