Good help is harder to find, even in tough times

The money you can earn as an employee of an auto dealership is less today then it was thirty years ago and the dollar was worth more then. New car salespeople are becomming a thing of the past noone wants to sell cars for a seventy five dollar commisssion. T the answer is customer service people paid at fourteen dollars an hour with a small bonus if they sell a car. All cars sold at sticker so the dealer can survive. The real salespeople left will then sell used cars f@i and be managers. Thats the sales force of the future Dont ask salespeople to do anything but sell have a person to make all dealership calls and porters to move cars and get them for the customers for demo rides
