Dealers rethink how they pay salespeople


As I have always told my sales staff,"you are the most important person in the dealership". They are the grunts on the front-line that make it happen for all. As always, A friendly knowledgable staff is crucial to success.

Think of the dominoe effect that 1st warm smile and handshake does for the auto industry.

I've always felt the factory needs to help the dealer in terms of compensation. Spins and pullboards are great but, they need to do more!
