GM issues shares worth $24.5 million to executives

Does the public really want the people running one of the largest car companies in the world with a 61% tax payer interest done by people who will settle for less pay than they could get elsewhere. I run a successful business and would not move my family and fix someone elses business for half of what im making now. Where is the logic in that. So if you continue you pay less than market you will get less than capable people....not a good scenario for tax payers and shareholders.
