Supersized dealerships were never a good idea. Ten to 15 acre lots are just plain inconvenient. Supersized Taj Majal showrooms may make corporate types all warm and fuzzy, but they don't add to the convenience of either customers, trapped on endless walks, or salesmen, who can't keep an eye on the lot from their desk. As for the service department, efficiency and speed and not size and glamour should be the watchwords.
