Emissions, capacity, collaboration examined at gathering in Spain

I invite you to join us at the Automotive News Europe Congress in Bilbao, Spain, on June 22-23.

The theme of this year's Congress is "Solutions After a Crisis: Navigating Out of a European Downturn."

It will feature a lineup full of pan-European industry leaders.

Joining us in Bilbao will be: Nick Reilly, CEO of Opel; John Fleming, CEO of Ford of Europe; Victor Muller, CEO of Spyker; Ian Robertson, sales and marketing chief at BMW; Burkhard Goeschel, chief technical officer for powertrains at Magna International; Bill Kozyra, CEO of TI Automotive; and Arndt Ellinghorst, head of automotive research at Credit Suisse in London.

This year's ANE Congress takes on heightened significance as the industry is facing challenges and opportunities that are greater than ever. Auto emissions have moved to the top of the industry's agenda. Capacity adjustments are on everyone's mind. And we'll explore how both sides win when OEMs and suppliers collaborate.

Also on the Bilbao agenda:

• Reception and tour at the newly opened Automotive Intelligence Center

• First annual Automotive News Europe/Automotive Intelligence Center L.E.A.D.E.R. Awards (Leaders in European Automotive Development, Excellence and Research) recognizing a manufacturer, supplier and retailer for technical development and innovation excellence in the European industry.

• Recognition of the 2010 Automotive News PACE Award European finalists and winners.

• Presentation of the Automotive News Europe/ PricewaterhouseCoopers Shareholder Value Awards.

Join us on June 22-23 and use the opportunity to put questions directly to Europe's main automotive decision makers.

I'm looking forward to welcoming you in Bilbao.
