GM offers incentives to closed dealers' customers

Some customers may be loyal to a dealer, but if you really, truly believe in your heart of hearts that most customers of a dealer are loyal to the dealer and not the brand (or the model), then you are living in a fantasy world.

It always amazes me that dealers can keep repeating something to each other, over and over, until finally they believe it as fact. And then, with a straight face (because they actually do believe it), present it to others as fact.

Most consumers don't like dealers. At all. Auto dealers to them represent a necessary evil that they are forced to put up with when they buy their car.

You guys are completely kidding yourselves; you are delusional if you think consumers like car dealers.
