Ford concessions rejected by UAW in Kansas City

I see a lot of anti-worker comments on this board. I see a lot of anti-union comments on this board. The fact is workers get to vote and then the company and the union get to dance around some more when the vote doesn't go the way leadership hoped. It's democracy, it's workers having a say in their future.

If management had all the answers right all the time we wouldn't be in this mess where workers have to think long and hard about how much they are going to have to give up because the banker elites screwed the country into the ground.

The Ford workers have to live with whatever agreements they ratify. They should be able to do it without a bunch of on-lookers throwing rocks at them.
