GM must make decisions faster, Henderson says


So the focus going forward is on making "faster" decisions? Here's an idea: why not focus on making "better" decisions? Always ask the question "does this make us better 5 years from now?" instead of "does this help us move more cars this month?" (which nine times out of ten just steals sales from next month) or "does this bump our stock value this quarter?"
