Dealers adding document fees will pay in the end


I can appreciate this article but it is not exclusive to dealers. Do you have a cell phone? Do you use gas in your home? When ever I look at my gas bill or my phone bill there are usually a bunch of charges that I find ridiculous. Like a customer service charge...I don't even call their 800 number and since when is there a charge for customer service. My gas bill, in the summer especially, is usually double the amount of my actual usage because of ridiculous charges.

Have you bought a bottle of coke recently; do you buy anti freeze for your car, how about bottled water? How much does it cost to make a bottle of coke...only cents? Did you know that anti freeze is made up of 90% water? Why in the world are we paying so dearly for something that is free, water?

Profit Profit Profit....It's only considered a horrible word when talking about buying a car. Truth is, the days of earning high profits on a car sale are long gone with the information age taking over. Truth is, even after charging you a dealer fee sometimes they still will be selling you the vehicle at a loss. Think about that. It costs dealerships $$$ every month to sell New Cars.
