Call to tender: car storage silo

Since several decades, the Port of Paris Authority is proposing for the car industry multi-modal logistics locations that allowed the development of cars’ waterway transportation. The Port of Paris aims to develop this traffic while optimising the space use at the Gennevilliers port site, located in the centre of the Paris urban area. We are opening a consultation for the financing, building and operation of a car storage silo. The platform available from January 1st 2010 is located “route principale du Port”, close to the A86 and A15 motorways. It is connected to the rail network and equipped with a boat access ramp.

Offers will be carefully evaluated on both the undertakings of the traffic proposed as well as the soundness of investment in facilities.
