Catherine Martinez is the Founder of the eCommerce Department for Ed Morse Automotive Group. Cathy founded the department, which includes Internet Sales & Training, CRM Software Implementation & Training, Online Advertising/Lead Purchasing, Online Call Tracking Software, New Business Development in 1999.

Cathy has fifteen years experience in the automotive business and attended Northwood University for Automotive Marketing/Management. Since, the inception of the eCommerce Department, Cathy has seen an increase of 600% in internet sales for Ed Morse.

Morse Operations, Inc. consists of fourteen dealerships, comprising of twenty franchises and twelve different brands Ed Morse's support of eCommerce as a whole comes straight from the top. Currently, online sales represent 22% of total retail sales. (This is the group average; does not include any walk-in traffic; email and internet phone generated leads only.)
