David Schwartz is Local Category Director at Yahoo!, tasked with driving adoption of Yahoo's online marketing solutions among local small businesses and large national advertisers seeking to advertise locally. Previously he led development of Yahoo! Search Marketing's Automotive Category on the West Coast. Prior to Yahoo!, David was an Engagement Manager in J.D. Power and Associates' Automotive Consulting Practice, working to improve the retail and overall brand experience at a number of major OEMs, including Toyota and Acura. He holds an A.B. in Economics and an M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University, as well as an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
