New media buyer for Chrysler

DETROIT -- The agency that buys media advertising time and space for Chrysler LLC has a new chief, Jim Helberg. Last week, he was named executive vice president of PHD Detroit, a unit of the Omnicom Group holding company. Helberg had been Chrysler LLC's media director since February. His new job follows his "total immersion" at Chrysler, the automaker said in a statement.
