Lexus, Nissan execs address World Congress

Mark Templin, group vice president for Lexus Division, and Mark McNabb, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Nissan North America Inc., have joined the faculty of the 2008 Automotive News World Congress.

Templin and McNabb will speak Tuesday morning, Jan. 22.

McNabb: On key Nissan committee
McNabb oversees all marketing and sales activities for Nissan and Infiniti divisions.

He is a member of Nissan's Management Committee - Americas, the key group for Nissan business decisions in North and Central America. He also heads global operations for Infiniti.

McNabb returned to Nissan last January after a year as vice president of sales and marketing for Mercedes-Benz of America. Before joining Mercedes-Benz, he spent nearly 20 years in various sales, marketing and leadership roles at Nissan in North America and Japan.

Templin: Chief of Lexus operations
Templin oversees all Lexus operations, including sales, marketing, retail development, product planning and customer satisfaction.

Before his current job, Templin was vice president of Scion, where he was responsible for all brand activities.

A 17-year veteran of Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Templin has had many posts in Lexus' U.S. operations.

Before joining Toyota in 1990, Templin worked for Oldsmobile. c
