Manager Network Development (f/m)

Where we need you

You will report to the Director Network Development of Mazda Europe and your job will concentrate on the following four main areas. In selected markets you will be responsible for managing dealer development projects to fill open points of representation and resolve other market representation issues. You will liaise with National Sales Companies to monitor and manage the resolution of dealer risk and financial underperformance issues. In addition to this, you will supervise projects that deliver wholesale financing solutions in selected markets. Finally, you will manage the business input necessary for developing and delivering the strategy in all Mazda Europe markets in preparation for the changes in 2010 to the Automotive Block Exemption Regulation.

What we’d like to see

You have at least five years experience in car manufacturer sales and marketing or at an automotive bank, including significant time in a dealer-facing role. Experience in the following areas is an asset: dealer franchising, change management, dealer credit risk management, dealer financing, dealer turnaround and restructuring, Block Exemption Regulation. You are a self-starter, willing to travel and able to work independently to identify issues, assess options, make recommendations/decisions and drive delivery of solutions and results. You have strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills and a high level of commercial acumen. Fluent written and spoken English is required, any other European language would be of benefit. If you have all this, plus plenty of “zoom-zoom”, we look forward to meeting you.

Coordinator Market Coordination (f/m)

Where we need you

As an interface for National Sales Companies and our main independent distributors, you will maintain and follow up action plans to support the markets in the area of aftersales. You must exhibit a good understanding of local market needs, enabling you to improve central services. Your responsibilities will include developing central KPIs to measure market performance along with establishing and maintaining a best practice database. On the market side, you will be expected to assist markets in establishing and measuring budget objectives and support them during the implementation of new products and processes with a view to growing business.

What we’d like to see

You have a university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or equivalent. We are particularly interested in applicants with three to five years experience in the automotive industry. You are a team player, and your strengths will include a strong analytic-al focus and a high level of precision. It is crucial that you are able to see numbers in a wider context and possess outstanding communication skills. An excellent know-ledge of MS Excel is also essential. Pricing Analyst (f/m) New Model Pricing

Where we need you

Your job is to prepare financial calculations to support decisions for facelifts and new models in over twenty European markets. The tasks include optimising pricing processes, looking for further revenue improvements and establishing a profit focus in Mazda’s European new model pricing operations. You will work closely with Mazda Corporation in Japan, with marketing and sales in the European headquarters and National Sales Companies in Europe on all pricing matters.

What we’d like to see

You have a university degree in business administration or equivalent. In addition, you have some initial work experience in marketing, sales or finance, including an understanding of the market equation process, preferably in the automotive industry. You possess very good MS Excel skills as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills. As a customer- and goal-oriented team player, you show plenty of initiative and a flexible attitude. Your English is fluent, any other European language is an asset. If you have all this, plus plenty of “zoom-zoom”, we look forward to meeting you.
