Sue Marmion, 47, to vice president of the project management office of Southeast Toyota Distributors LLC. She had been director of client advocacy for Southeast Toyota's project management office.

JM Service Center is a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises Inc., a diversified automotive company in Deerfield Beach, Fla.

NATIONAL AUTOMOBILE DEALERS ASSOCIATION - John Lyboldt, 51, to vice president of dealership operations, succeeding Carl Ragsdale, who is retiring after nine years at NADA and more than 30 as a dealer. Lyboldt has been president of the Rochester (N.Y.) Automobile Dealers Association for 17 years.

NADA, of McLean, Va., represents about 20,000 franchised new-car and truck dealers.

SAP AMERICA INC. - Tom Meredith, 47, to vice president of the automotive industry group in Southfield, Mich. He had been vice president of worldwide field operations for the software company Right Hemisphere.

SAP America, of Newtown Square, Pa., is the U.S. subsidiary of software supplier SAP AG, of Waldorf, Germany.

STOUT RISIUS ROSS INC. - Laurie Harbour-Felax, 39, to managing director of the operational strategy and performance improvement group. She had been president of Harbour-Felax Group, an automotive consulting firm she founded.

Stout Risius Ross, of Chicago, is a financial and operational advisory firm.
