DEALER SPECIALTIES -- Greg Polen, 40, to data product manager for Dealer Data Services, a new division.

Dealer Specialties, of Monroe, Ohio, provides vehicle data and photo collection, inventory management, data distribution and window labeling services. It is a unit of Dominion Dealer Solutions.

AUTOBYTEL INC. -- Monty Houdeshell, 58, to executive vice president of finance.

Houdeshell will become CFO the day after the company files its Form 10-K for fiscal-year 2006.

That date has not been announced.

Houdeshell replaces Mike Schmidt, who left the company.

Most recently, Houdeshell had been CFO of RemedyTemp, a professional staffing company.

Autobytel, of Irvine, Calif., is an online automotive marketplace.

SUPERIOR INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL INC. -- Margaret Dano, 47, and Francisco Uranga, 43, to the board of directors.

Dano and Uranga succeed Raymond Brown, a former senior vice president of Superior and a board member since 1972, and Jack Parkinson, a board member since 1983.

Dano, who has been director of Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. since September 2000, serves on the audit committee and the governance and nominating committee.

Uranga is corporate vice president and chief business operations officer for Latin America at Foxconn.

Superior, of Van Nuys, Calif., supplies aluminum wheels and other aluminum automotive components.

GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER CO. -- Charles Mick, 60, to vice president and general manager of North American holdings and integration, a new position.

Mick was vice president and general manager of the company's Global Off-Highway tire business. He is replaced by Joseph Copeland, 45. Copeland was CEO of Goodyear's South Pacific Tyre business in Australia.

Goodyear, of Akron, Ohio, makes tires, engineered rubber products and chemicals.

J.D. POWER AND ASSOCIATES -- Chance Parker, 42, to the new position of executive director of digital transformation.

Parker had been executive director, product research and analysis.

J.D. Power and Associates, of Westlake Village, Calif., surveys consumers and businesses about the products and services they purchase.

ENOVA SYSTEMS INC. -- Mike Staran, 46, to executive vice president. He was vice president of sales and marketing.

Enova, of Torrance, Calif., supplies digital power components and systems products.
