The franchise system continues to evolve and is going to continue to get stronger. The training, the constant capitalization we do, are going to have to be done with the manufacturer.

The manufacturer is asking dealers to reinvest in their dealerships and evolve to newer standards. Dealers need to stay with that evolution. The relationship we have with manufacturers is extremely important. They sell us the cars we feel our guests want, but ultimately we're going to make that experience a positive or negative one. Dealers need the people and processes in place to make sure the consumer has a great experience.
